ABM, NAMA and the MoKan NAMA Chapter hosted a reception on Wednesday, November 11 in conjunction with the NAFB Convention in Kansas City, MO.  Approximately 100 people attended, making it a resounding success.  It was an excellent opportunity to relax and network after a long day of sessions.

In December, they are planning a webinar on measuring social media.  Cliff Dolbeare of GROWMARK will be conducting the webinar mid-day on December 6.  Details on how to participate are coming.

In January, members of the Chapter will travel to Austin’s Fuel Room in Libertyville for a Rock n Roll Region IV Best of NAMA Celebration. Save the date for January 21.

The Chicago NAMA Chapter worked with the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences to develop a video the school could use with prospective students, parents, sponsors, industry partners, community and others to capture the culture and vision of the school. Chicago chapter members, along with Max Armstrong and the team at This Week in Agribusiness, donated time to conduct interviews, shoot video footage, draft a script and edit the video into something the chapter feels is for a very worthy cause.
