The AAEA Midwest regional workshop will take place on September 21 at CHS in Minnesota. Keynote speaker Stephen Wilbers, an internationally recognized writing coach, will be conducting the morning session, then attendees can choose from four afternoon breakout sessions on photography, image selection and optimization, online tools for audience understanding, and new technologies. The day will end with a panel of industry voices examining the role of ag communicator. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran, a still-learning professional or a student, you will find something to spark your interest at this workshop.

Ronald “Ron” L. Bader, 86, was born September 24, 1931, and passed away on June 25, 2018. As a founder of Bader Rutter, marketing agency headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, Ron was an active NAMA member and contributed greatly to the agri-marketing industry.

He is survived by his wife Norma, of New Glarus; children: Kimberly (Jean) Choi of Tijeras, New Mexico; Stephanie (Robert) Cornfield of Monroe; Randy (Sue Obert) Bader, Brad (Mary) Bader and Troy (Janel) Bader all of Monroe; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Rogene (Benny) Buchheim and Arlene Po as well as many nieces and nephews.
