We’ve set a goal of 1800 NAMA members by the end of 2018 – 18 in ’18.

Our latest membership survey proves that word-of-mouth marketing is the best way to let people know about the great programming and networking opportunities in NAMA.

We challenge everyone in the organization to recruit a new member. Just have your recruit(s) list your name in the “Referred by” field on the registration page https://nama.org/NAMA.OrchardWeb/MemberRegistration/Register. We’ll draw names of “Referrers” each month for a special gift.

We’ll update this chart each month.

Join the MoKan NAMA Chapter to celebrate the holiday season at happy hour! In addition to spreading a little Christmas cheer, the chapter will be announcing the 2017 “Most Giving MoKan Member” in support of the Harvesters Food Drive.

Didn’t participate in the food drive? You can still join in the fun! Feel free to bring a non-perishable food item, and it will be donated to Harvesters on your behalf. Who will beat the reigning champs of AdFarm? Join MoKan to find out.

Recruit a new NAMA member and be entered into a drawing for complimentary registration to the Agri-Marketing Conference next April. The campaign will run through December 15 and the drawing will take place December 18.

Tell your recruit to join at nama.org and add your name and company in the box titled “Referred by.”

The more members you recruit, the more your name will be entered into the drawing!

NORTH CENTRAL NAMA HOLIDAY EVENT

Come and share the Holiday cheer with the North Central NAMA chapter on Thursday, December 7th from 5:30-9:00pm at the Fulton Brewing Taproom. The event will provide free food and beverages for all attendants. If you know a co-worker or friend who should be a member of NAMA, please bring them with you! It will be a great recruiting event.

The chapter is encouraging each guest to bring a gift for Toys for Tots. It is a way for our organization to contribute back to a worthy cause this time of the year. Have a Happy Holiday Season!

Second Harvest Food Bank Volunteer Event

Make a difference this holiday season!  Join Badger NAMA in volunteering at Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin.  The group will help prepare food and other products for distribution to food pantries, shelters, meal sites, etc.  Tasks may include sorting, labeling, and packaging food into family-friendly portions.  Attendees will also tour the facility and learn how Second Harvest maximizes its impact to nourish southern Wisconsin families.

WHEN: Wednesday December 13
9 to 11:30 a.m. – Volunteer at Second Harvest
12-1 p.m. – Lunch at The Great Dane Eastside

The Great Plains NAMA chapter met in Dodge City, KS at Boot Hill Distillery to tour and taste their product. Several people attended to network and learn about the newest distillery Dodge City has to offer.
