Vidya Jwala is Director of Supply Chain and Replenishment for the Tractor Supply Company. Prior to that, he held director-level positions with Lowe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s and Jo-Ann Stores, managing their inventory and planning, product flow and replenishment. Jwala has also worked with Arthur Andersen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Business Consulting in the consumer product goods division. He holds a Master\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1938 as a mail order tractor parts business, Tractor Supply Company (also referred to as TSC) owns and operates more than 698 stores in over 37 states and one Canadian province supplying daily farm and ranch maintenance supplies to a targeted customer base.<\/p>\n
